Shipping Information

We founded Shoe Hoarders with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our shipping policy is detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

Shipping and handling is non-refundable even in the event of a return. Standard shipping is $10.00 on all U.S orders.

Orders over $150 will ship free. All standard and free shipping orders are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery is between 5-7 business days.

Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are processed between 2-3 business days.

It's important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order and also double-checking the ship-to address is entered correctly, including any suite/apt numbers. Shoe Hoarders is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of the shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will ensure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
