Q. What is your return poilcy?




Q: How do I place an order?

 A: When you have found an item that you would like to purchase, select it and then click Add to Cart. From there you can continue shopping for shoes, or you can click the Check Out button. You will then be prompted to either enter your Customer Information or to Log In if you have an existing account. Then from there, just fill your preferred Payment Method and then you're done!


Q: What's your shipping time?

 A: Typically once your order is placed, shipping and processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. We DO NOT offer expedited shipping. 


Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: Shoe Hoarders will send you an automated email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Q: Can I modify my order once it is placed?

A: We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it further. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number.
